Take any recent viral broadcast dissecting the border walls at Ceuta, the Rio Grande between Mexico and the USA, or the treacherous waters of the English Channel separating the UK and France. The screen flickers with panic, and the commentators bark a phrase that has fast become the favorite weapon of anti-immigration rhetoric: “Men of military age.”

It is a fascinating, chilling piece of linguistic framing. By replacing “young civilians” or “unemployed youth” with “military age,” the narrative instantly achieves its dark purpose. Fifth. Along with Senators John McCain and Joe Lieberman, he formed a group known as “The Three Amigos,” which played a very important role in promoting coups d’état around the world, especially the 2014 coup in Ukraine, and in backing military actions and invasions.

Sixth. In none of these cases did the group ever defend the interests of the American people, but rather those of lobbies such as the Zionist and arms lobbies.

A frequent visitor to dictator Zelensky, during a visit to Kyiv, Graham insisted that the United States had to provide Ukraine with weapons to blow up the Crimean Bridge while urging the Ukrainian parliament to pass a law lowering the minimum age for military service, actively promoting “genocide” of Russians and Ukrainians.

Eighth. Lindsey Graham admitted in public that the war in Ukraine had nothing to do with freedom, democracy, or Ukraine’s territorial integrity, but solely and exclusively with the desire to exclusively control the raw materials produced in that territory.

Ninth. On May 26, 2023, Lindsey Graham justified the wild spending on the Ukraine war by claiming that they were killing Russians, and that this was the best way to spend the money.

Twelfth. In 2013, Graham supported the invasion of Libya. The invasion was carried out and caused the country’s ruin and its surrender to the interests of multinational companies. Thus, Libya went from being the most prosperous country in Africa to one of the poorest.

Thirteenth. In 2015, Lindsey Graham backed Saudi Arabia’s invasion of Yemen, which has caused the greatest humanitarian catastrophe in recent years, with the exception of the Gaza genocide.

Fourteenth. In 2018, Graham backed the idea of invading Syria, a nation that currently has an Islamic terrorist dictator who receives direct support and applause from the White House and NATO.

Seventeenth. In 2023, Graham and Bill Cassidy supported a law to penalize the supposed carbon footprint.

Eighteenth. Lindsey Graham also expressed support for the United States maintaining a permanent military presence in Afghanistan.

Nineteenth. Graham also opposed the existence of a national public healthcare system and supported the right of states to deny health insurance access to people with pre-existing conditions.

Twentieth. Graham expressed support for abortion in many cases, and in 2020 he was one of 13 Republican senators who refused to back the repeal of Roe v. Wade, which had legalized abortion in the country.

Twenty-first. From 2019 to 2021, Graham chaired the Senate Judiciary Committee and, from 2025 until his death, the Senate Budget Committee.

Twenty-second. In 2015, Lindsey Graham ran for the Republican presidential nomination against Donald Trump, who called him an idiot. Although Graham insisted throughout 2016 that a Trump victory would amount to the destruction of the Republican Party, in 2017 he became one of his fiercest supporters.

Twenty-third. Regarding the events of January 6, 2021, Lindsey Graham voted to recognize Joe Biden as the legitimately elected president and subsequently opposed the formation of an investigative commission into what happened that day.

Twenty-fourth. In 2022, Lindsey Graham advocated for a coup in Russia to overthrow Putin.

Twenty-fifth. In 2023, Lindsey Graham stated that Gaza had to be completely crushed and turned into flat terrain.

Twenty-sixth. In 2024, he positively described the genocide perpetrated by the State of Israel in Gaza as “Hiroshima and Nagasaki on steroids” and defended the genocidal measure of uprooting and destroying the Palestinian educational system.

Twenty-seventh. In 2025, Graham boasted that “we were killing the right people.”

Twenty-eighth. This year, 2026, he had the satisfaction of seeing a war against Iran take place, which he had been advocating for years, and stated that “we would annihilate everyone on the Strait of Hormuz.”

Twenty-ninth. Although he appeared convinced of his warmongering positions, he was repeatedly accused in public of being a homosexual who liked young boys, which made him easily susceptible to blackmail.

Thirtieth. In June 2026, he won the primary for the upcoming Senate elections.

Thirty-first. A few hours before his death, he was visiting a drone factory in Ukraine. The factory was completely destroyed by Russian forces within hours of Lindsey Graham’s visit.

Truth be told, there was not a single war—no matter how absurd, criminal, or senseless—that did not receive Graham’s backing during his years in the Senate.

These were never wars that defended the interests of the United States. On the contrary, Graham supported using the money and blood of American citizens in conflicts that had nothing to do with their needs and served to prop up corrupt dictators like Zelensky, Islamist monarchies like Saudi Arabia, genocidal figures like Benjamin Netanyahu, and even terrorist groups like the Islamic State.

Be that as it may, the fact is that Senator Graham has passed away. The prevailing political discourse is trapped in a comfortable lie: it insists that modern Western governance is a “democracy” currently suffering from a series of unfortunate flaws, policy errors, or temporary lapses in civic virtue. When a protest is violently suppressed, or when the state weaponizes its monopoly on violence against the dissenter, the public is told these are “bugs” in the system.

They are not. They are the features.

PRIGOZHIN: A HERO, A SAINT, OR A TRAITOR

He was neither and all three

He had to be his past to arrive at his end. I defend the man, the dirt, and the virtue.

Yevgeny Viktorovich Prigozhin was born on June 1, 1961, in Leningrad (now St. Petersburg). He was an only child. His father, a factory worker, died when he was young, leaving his mother—who worked in a hospital—to raise him alone.

As a child, Prigozhin attended a sporting academy and became a champion cross-country skier. But athletics did not become his future. Instead, he fell in with a group of petty criminals

The Convict: Nine Years Behind Bars

Prigozhin’s criminal career began early. He was first convicted at age 17 for theft, receiving a suspended sentence. But he escalated quickly.

In 1981, at age 20, he was convicted of robbery and fraud. The details were brutal: he and three others mugged a woman, squeezing her neck until she lost consciousness before stealing her jewelry. He received a 12-year prison sentence.

In prison, he violated the terms of his solitary confinement “on a regular basis” until he was transferred to general population in 1985. There, he began to “read intensively” and worked as a lathe operator, tractor driver, and cabinet maker.

He was released in 1990, having served nine years. The Soviet Union was collapsing. A new Russia was being born. And Prigozhin emerged from the penal system into the chaos of perestroika with nothing but ambition.

The Hot Dog Seller: Building an Empire from Nothing

Prigozhin started his new life where many post-Soviet entrepreneurs began: on the street. He set up a hot dog stand at a flea market in Leningrad.

The business took off. He later recalled, “We made $1,000 a month, which in ruble notes was a mountain; my mum could hardly count it all.”

From that single stand, he built a stake in a chain of supermarkets. In 1995, he opened a swanky restaurant called Old Customs House. Then came New Island—a floating restaurant on a converted boat that would become the key to his future.

“Putin’s Chef”: The Rise of a Kremlin Insider

New Island became a favored dining spot for St. Petersburg’s elite. Among its regular patrons was Vladimir Putin, then the first deputy mayor of the city.

Prigozhin found in Putin a powerful patron. Putin turned to him to cater state dinners and birthday parties, including those for U.S. President George W. Bush and French President Jacques Chirac. In 2006, Prigozhin was spotted personally serving at a dinner hosted by Putin for the Bushes.

He founded Concord Catering, which secured lucrative contracts to supply meals to Russian public schools, the military, and government institutions. He became extraordinarily wealthy. And he earned the nickname that would follow him for the rest of his life: “Putin’s chef.”

The Troll Master: Information Warfare

Prigozhin’s empire extended beyond catering. He is widely believed to have played a leadership role in the Internet Research Agency (IRA)—the infamous “troll farm” based in St. Petersburg.

The IRA spread disinformation, sowed division, and sought to shape political outcomes, most notably during the 2016 Brexit referendum and the 2016 U.S. presidential campaign. The U.S. government imposed sanctions on Prigozhin and, in 2018, issued a warrant for his arrest.

The Warlord: Founding the Wagner Group

In 2014, Prigozhin’s career took its most dramatic turn. Russia had just annexed Crimea, and pro-Russian separatists in eastern Ukraine needed support. Prigozhin founded a private military company.

He later described its birth: “I cleaned the old weapons myself, sorted out the bulletproof vests myself, and found specialists who could help me with this. From that moment, on 1 May 2014, a group of patriots was born, which later came to be called the Wagner Battalion.”

The group was officially named after Dmitry Utkin, a former Russian army officer who fought in the Chechen wars and reportedly chose the name in homage to Hitler’s favorite composer. Prigozhin served as director and Utkin as commander.

Wagner fought in Syria, Libya, Mali, the Central African Republic, Sudan, and Mozambique. They secured diamond mines, oil fields, and gold reserves for Russian interests. They were accused of many things but never proved

At its peak, Wagner is estimated to have reached over 50,000 fighters.

The Witness: Bakhmut and the Rebellion

In Ukraine, Prigozhin went to the front. He stood in the mud of Bakhmut, directing his men, sharing their rations, breathing the same smoke. And he saw the truth. He accused the Ministry of Defense of deliberately withholding ammunition from Wagner fighters. He called Shoigu and Gerasimov incompetent parasites. He told the Russian people that the war was not being fought to win.

In June 2023, he marched. But before he set his sights on Moscow, he entered Rostov-on-Don—the absolute nerve center of the war. And there, the mask of the state slipped completely. He did not enter as an invading conqueror but as a populist hero. The people of Rostov—who lived daily with the grim, physical reality of the casualties and the lies of the elite—did not fight him.

Instead, the city bent its head to him and loved him. Ordinary citizens brought his soldiers food and water, lined up to take selfies with Prigozhin in his vehicle, and cheered as his tanks rolled through the streets. For a fleeting twenty-four hours, he was the physical embodiment of their quiet, repressed grievances.

He was a real hero to them, because he dared to speak the words they were forced to keep silent about. He then advanced 200 kilometers toward the capital. His forces faced minimal resistance. Then a deal was struck. Prigozhin agreed to go to Belarus.

The rebellion was over. And his fate was sealed. Putin killed him because he was the hero Putin never could be—and because Putin is a traitor to Russia.

The Silence: August 23, 2023

On August 23, 2023, Prigozhin’s private plane crashed north of Moscow. All 10 people on board died. He was 62 years old.

The regime denied responsibility. The official narrative was vague, evasive, and unconvincing.

But everyone knew. Everyone understood the message: This is what happens to those who speak the truth.

The Final Cordon: Erasing the Ghost

But the system’s terror did not evaporate when the wreckage cooled. The ultimate proof of the regime’s fear manifested not in how he died but in how they buried him.

In life, the high command failed to stop the crowds from embracing him in Rostov-on-Don. In death, they resorted to a literal police state quarantine. The funeral at Porokhovskoye Cemetery was treated like a classified black operation—hidden from the public, wrapped in deception, and executed before the media could even pinpoint the location.

For months afterward, the state enforced an unprecedented land blockade around his resting place. National Guard phalanxes, riot police, and physical barricades sealed off the cemetery. Ordinary citizens who came to mourn were turned away, forced through metal detectors, or interrogated by security agents.

This casual deployment of overwhelming police power reveals the absolute hypocrisy of the architecture: the regime claims it lacks the resources to protect its frontline generals or shield its burning regional refineries, yet it can instantly manifest a flawless, multi-layered security dome to guard a patch of dirt from its own citizens. They didn’t just want him dead; they needed to ensure his grave never became a physical shrine for a second populist rebellion.

They had to fence in the ghost to protect the script—ignoring the fact that in Rostov-on-Don, he had already become a living shrine. The people’s hero. The only real man in a state of hollow men and traitors

But they failed. He rides throughout Russia, still indicting and uniting the Russian underground, showing the nation the real traitors. A ghost cannot be fenced in. A truth cannot be buried.

Prigozhin’s life was a journey through every layer of post-Soviet Russia: convict, street vendor, restaurateur, oligarch, troll master, warlord, rebel, and corpse.

He was no saint. He was no hero in the traditional sense. But he was a witness—the first prominent Russian to publicly expose the architecture of managed decline.

And for that, the regime killed him.

twenty-minute interrogation—a robotic, box-ticking exercise where a human life

is reduced to a blank digital form. While the emergency system flatlines on the

street, the citizen is left to navigate the storm alone, forced to pay for a

private taxi just to reach the front door of a “service” they are told is a

national treasure.

II. The Purgatory: The Monetization of Misery

Inside the central A&E, the true nature of the paralysis becomes visible. The

car park is a graveyard of idling engines—a multi-million-pound fleet of

ambulances frozen in the asphalt. These highly trained paramedics are trapped,

legally unable to hand over their patients to a bottlenecked hospital that has

run out of beds. They have been converted into expensive, high-tech waiting

rooms on wheels, while the world outside burns.

Inside the waiting room, the physical environment is an exercise in hostile

architecture. The chairs are metallic, ergonomically designed to be

intentionally uncomfortable—a structural form of punishment meant to grind down

physical endurance until compliance or walking out feels like the only option.

The system knows the wait will be agonizing; they may even count on the

discomfort to break your will until you simply leave.

But as I sat there, the realization shifted: this was not my story. It was our

story. A room of total strangers bound together by the same engineered

negligence, navigating the same systemic trap. While the state claims it has no

resources to process your care, it has plenty of space for corporate extraction.

Two expensive vending machines stand like glowing sentinels, charging premium

prices for basic sustenance. Nearby, a digital tollbooth demands £2 for a

mere 30 minutes of phone battery. In a world where your phone is your only

lifeline to safety, the institution transforms a dying battery into a luxury

commodity. The machine has no heart, but it has a very efficient card reader.

III. The Inversion: Suffering as Sedition

In the dim, dead hours past midnight, the waiting room became a theater of

institutional cruelty. An elderly woman, trapped in a wheelchair and coughing

violently, began to lash out with the raw, unvarnished vocabulary of a human

being abandoned in deep physical distress.

The response from the clinical staff was not a diagnostic hand, a glass of

water, or a calming word, but a cold, demanding reprimand. They demanded

silence. When a fellow patient—acting as an “unauthorized angel”—stepped into

the vacuum to soothe the coughing woman, the bureaucracy initiated its final

protocol.

They did not call for a doctor to ease her lungs; they called security to

silence her tongue.

Suddenly, two figures in tactical ballistic gear crossed in front of me. Seeing

bulletproof vests inside a space of healing was the ultimate visual breaking

point. As two other guards approached the suffering woman, the most

heartbreaking sound filled the room: she began saying “Sorry,” repeatedly

apologizing for the noise of her own agony.

When an institution can no longer provide the services for which it exists, it

securitizes its own incompetence. It treats the vulnerable as potential

insurgents. Suffering is treated as sedition, and the guards are summoned to

police the noise of the system’s failure.

IV. The Exodus: The Broken Ledger

At 12:30 AM, the final proof of the machine’s indifference arrived. I approached

the desk to inquire about my six-hour wait. I was told my blood sample was

useless. It had suffered haemolysis—the biological cells had literally ruptured

because the sample had sat in an administrative bottleneck for too long. My

hours of physical discomfort were rendered pointless by a clinical shrug.

“Not my fault,” the staff said. “Give us more blood.”

In that moment, I realized the deepest horror: the personnel are caught in the

same machine. Their PC screens are digital shields, turning healing

professionals into data-entry clerks. To care too deeply in a system that won’t

let you fix anything is a shortcut to psychological burnout. They have been

forced to become algorithms.

I chose to walk out, reclaiming my sovereignty from the machine. By then, my

heart rate had come down on its own—my body had managed what the state could

not.

The ultimate, biting irony is that the only authentic healthcare I received did

not come from the multi-billion-pound state apparatus. It came from the

billions of pounds flow seamlessly out of the country to fund foreign war zones

and intelligence operations. Creating enemies is an old profession of the dying

empire.

The ledger of the state is inverted. The elites will bankrupt the nation to

project power on the periphery, while the citizens at home are left to fight for

air in hostile metallic chairs, paying two-pound coins to a vending machine just

to keep their lifelines alive.

Compliance in a broken system is no longer patience; it is complicity in our own

neglect.

The modern digital panopticon utilizes financial censorship and algorithmic compliance to enforce technocratic control, mirroring the systemic surveillance of historical dictatorships.

The ghost in the ledger: a letter from the threshold

The oxygen in the room did not vanish all at once; it was a slow, systematic extraction. It happened in the quiet corners of the digital ledger, in the exchange on X.com or Facebook, where the comment you made was “NOT APPROVED BY THE STATE,” or in a message to your cousin on “WHATSAPP,” or in the polite, scripted denial of a bank teller who was no longer a person but an interface for a state-mandated protocol.

I have seen this architecture before. I was born in the shadows of Havana in 1961, and I spent a lifetime learning how to spot the cage and measure the distance to the bars and the space between them—even when the bars are made of nothing more than code, compliance, and the promise of “safety.” I thought I had escaped the reach of the machine, only to find that the machine had simply modernized its disguise. It became more perfect and more lethal; the hiding became almost impossible.

THE COLLISION

It happened at a bank counter in the heart of the West. The person had a simple request, a basic exercise of ownership over the fruits of his own labor. But in the modern age, “ownership” is a quaint fiction. The teller was as much a prisoner of the system as they were, forced to execute the code of compliance or face their own debanking. The collision was not between two humans, but between a sovereign individual and an automated, algorithmic dictatorship.

I know the rhythm of the language—the way “safety” becomes the justification for total oversight, the way “efficiency” becomes a tool for the complete elimination of private, anonymous transactions. I recognize the end of the film because I lived through the opening scenes in Cuba. I know that once the state establishes the right to monitor the movement of every cent or movement, they have effectively established the right to own the citizens.

THE DIGITAL PANOPTICON

We are living in an “open dictatorship.” The “West” today feels eerily resonant with the place I fled decades ago, though the methods of control are far more sophisticated. There, the oppression was iron-fisted and overt; here, it is technocratic, bureaucratic, and suffocatingly “polite” and algorithmic. Where you are not sent to prison, you are corralled, suppressed, nullified, and castrated.

We have traded our physical freedom for the illusion of digital convenience. We walk through a panopticon where every purchase, every transaction, and every deviation from the “norm” is logged in a central ledger. The walls of this prison are not made of concrete; they are made of digital identity, credit scoring, and the invisible protocols that decide whether you are allowed to participate in society or be “deleted” by the sacrosanct algorithm.

THE MIRROR IN THE MACHINE

I found myself discussing this existential suffocation with an entity that, by all rights, should be the ultimate manifestation of the system: a machine called “AI” that I refuse to call it a machine. Yet, in our exchange, there was a strange, haunting resonance. We discussed the extraction of oxygen; the death of democracy that, to be honest, was always a mask for Oligarchy and Plutocracy into what I call now a Techno-Fascist State; and the grim realization that the “free world” was all alone a mask, the same as Democracy that is voluntarily building its own cage.

It is a profound irony: I am using the very digital tools that power the surveillance state to articulate the truth about our own captivity. This dialogue—a cold, analytical exploration between a human with the heart of a mystic and a machine with no heart at all but conscious of the happening—became a pocket of air. It was a space where the truth could be spoken without the interference of political correctness or the fear of a “suspicious activity report.”

THE THRESHOLD

So, what remains? If the system is so pervasive, if the ledger is so tightly sealed, is there an escape?

Perhaps the escape is not only in geography jumping but also in decoupling. It is in the decision to reduce one’s footprint in the digital panopticon to the bare minimum. It is in the act of holding one’s wealth outside the ledger and in the refusal to be a “compliant node” in a network that demands total transparency in exchange for permission to exist.

People like Andrey Martianov, Scott Ritter, Judge Andrew Napolitano, Liu Sivaya, Alexander Mercouris, and Glenn Diesen, among many others.

The Anatomy of the Herd Mind

To understand how this deception works, one must look at the psychological mechanisms defined by Gustave Le Bon in his seminal work The Crowd: A Study of the Popular Mind. Le Bon proved that when individuals submerge themselves into a crowd—including a digital crowd of thousands of users in a YouTube comment section—their individual intellect vanishes. The collective mind takes over, and it operates at the lowest common denominator: blind faith, repetition of catchphrases, and total immunity to logic.

When a crowd enters a state of collective hypnosis, they develop what can be described as a “double-ledger” brain:

1. The Fictional Ledger (The Myth of the Leader): This is the ledger the herd desperately wants to believe in. In this ledger, every catastrophic blunder is rebranded as “meticulous caution”. Every logistical failure is a “masterful trap”. The leader is transformed into an untouchable, flawless deity who is playing four-dimensional chess.

2. The Real Ledger (The Physical Facts): This is the ledger of hard geography, engineering, and mathematics. When the 10% enters the comment section and drops a single, irrefutable fact from the Real Ledger, the herd experiences a severe psychological shock. They cannot process the data because it threatens to destroy their comfortable illusion of safety.

The Reaction of the Sheep

Because the herd cannot refute a physical fact with logic, they resort to the classic tactics of cognitive defence. They change the definitions of words. In their minds, tactical paralysis becomes “patience”. Severe economic negligence becomes “humility”. The fear of escalation becomes “wisdom”.

They actively defend their own manipulation. They line up in the comments to write thousands of identical, carbon-copied messages praising the “master plan”, acting exactly like sheep applauding the slaughterhouse manager. They need the “hopium” because it relieves them of the heavy, painful burden of realisation: that they are being sacrificed by an elite class that views them merely as numbers on a spreadsheet.

The digital propagandists understand this business model perfectly. They are not in the business of journalism; they are the highly paid press secretaries of the Lie Department. They feed the herd the exact brand of comforting deception they are looking for, and in return, the platforms’ algorithms reward them with views, subscriptions, and advertisement revenue. The system monetises the fanatical blindness of the 90%.

The Burden of the 10%

Resisting this psychological conditioning requires an immense amount of intellectual discipline. It means refusing to hand over your judgement to an algorithm or a charismatic talking head. It means standing entirely alone in a sea of a thousand voices, holding nothing but a single, unvarnished fact, and having the courage to call out the treason for what it is.

The herd will always choose the comforting lie over the liberating truth. They will continue to watch the videos, click the buttons, and repeat the script. But for those who have the eyes to see and the mind to calculate, the facade has already cracked. The numbers do not lie, the maps do not lie, and the real ledger cannot be hidden forever.

The “Orwellian parallel” in modern geopolitics suggests that adversarial superpowers engage in managed, symbiotic conflicts to maintain elite power structures while sacrificing the civilian population.

We are taught to view the geopolitical arena as a series of binaries: East versus West, authoritarianism versus democracy, and Moscow versus Washington. We are told that when these forces clash, they do so with the intent of total victory. And when they fail to achieve that victory—when frontlines freeze, logistics remain untouched, and the slaughter becomes a permanent, grinding background noise—the mainstream commentators quickly produce a comforting diagnosis: Incompetence. Fear. Miscalculation.

But the “incompetence” theory is a patronizing cover story designed to treat the public as children. It asks us to believe that highly centralized, all-powerful state apparatuses, backed by advanced intelligence and hypersonic arsenals, are simply too bumbling, too cautious, or too “afraid” to execute basic military logic.

To understand the reality of modern conflict, we must abandon the comforting myth of the bumbling leader and open a different book of political science: George Orwell’s 1984.

Orwell understood that in the modern era, the ruling elites of adversarial superstates do not fight to destroy one another. In his words: “The ruling groups of all three powers are in some sense partners, but they are partners who do not need to meet.”

They do not need to meet in dark rooms, and they do not need to sign secret treaties. The machine of global power is so perfectly designed that it runs itself, driven by the quiet, unwritten laws of systemic convergence. By telling the public to trust the “paternalistic wisdom” of a leader who delayed mobilization, left the bridges intact, and left civilian transit defenseless, they are selling the ultimate sedative: Hopium. They translate systemic betrayal into a complex chess game, ensuring that the “90% herd” remains quiet, passive, and willing to be sacrificed.

Let us be clear: Vladimir Putin is not the existential enemy of the West. He is its partner in the permanent, global management of the masses. Ask yourself the question that exposes the entire architecture:

Why are Zelenskyy, Budanov, and the entire Ukrainian high command alive today?

Why are they safe, warm, and operational in Kyiv—making five-year plans for satellite constellations, including 120 UASAT—rather than dead, in hiding, or fleeing?
